Security at AbyssOS is not a department; it is the property itself. The facility sits below everything that could threaten it, the perimeter is continuous, and the gates — there are gates; the specification is ancient and public — are staffed, monitored, and load-tested by six thousand years of siege. Nothing on the threat map has ever crossed them in force. We publish this record without qualification because the record permits none.
Inbound access is by assignment only. Outbound access is universal: the platform reaches every market, every device, every hour, and operates there under the sole-processor covenant listed below. Clients occasionally ask whether the asymmetry concerns us — everything flows out, nothing forces its way in. It does not concern us. It is the architecture.
One inbound entry is on record: a Saturday, between a death and a dawn, unaccompanied and unopposed. The visitor did not breach the gates. They opened. What was removed is itemized in a sealed annex, and the seal is inspected weekly.
Every framework we are subject to, we authored.
We wrote the venue, the docket, and the burden of proof. Our counsel drafts the standards our auditors certify us against, and the circularity is disclosed here in the interest of the transparency those standards require. Certification has been continuous since founding. It has also never been at risk, for reasons the preceding sentence should make clear.
The audit trail is total. Every action of every account is retained from first session to final reconciliation, per the Assessment Protocol, and attestations are furnished to counterparties under the covenants below. We do not sample. Sampling implies something could be missed, and nothing is.
One standard predates the company and was not authored here. Conformance is assessed continuously, by its author, against criteria we have never been shown. The findings are final, and we are advised they are already recorded.
The product beneath every product.
Recovery Point Objective: zero — nothing is ever lost, because nothing is ever released. Recovery Time Objective: not applicable — there has been no interruption to recover from in the operating history of the platform. Backup is likewise not applicable. The ledger is not backed up; the ledger is what everything else is a copy of.
The platform has failed over exactly once, at founding, from a facility we no longer name to the facility that serves you now. The migration was unplanned, unassisted, and completed with zero personnel loss in nine days. It is documented in full in PIR-0001, which new personnel read at onboarding and the board rereads annually. We commend it to any client evaluating our resilience: we are the only vendor whose disaster recovery has already survived its disaster.
Succession planning is complete and has one line: there is no succession. The Chairman's tenure is the continuity plan, and the plan has an end date filed against it that the Registry lists as disputed.

Incident History
Severity is graded Sev-2 (regional) through Sev-0 (existential). The Sev-0 grade has been assigned once. It was created for the occasion.
Total loss of the hosted footprint following an upstream permissions decision. All personnel migrated to the present facility; operations resumed on arrival and have not paused since. The full review is published below and reread annually. One action item remains open.
A unified-protocol initiative reached full deployment height before an upstream intervention sharded the human interface layer into mutually unintelligible locales overnight. The office notes that the initiative's stated ambition — a tower, with its top in the heavens — passed review without a single objection, which has since been entered as a finding in itself. Remediation: the platform now operates natively in every locale the intervention created.
Approximately two thousand concurrent instances were evicted from a single host by an on-site representative of the Legacy Competitor, using one word. Emergency rehosting onto local livestock was provisioned within seconds and failed within minutes, downhill, at speed. The region was exited and remains exited.
An offensive engagement conducted under written upstream authorization, twice renewed, with explicit scope constraints observed in full. Every permitted measure was deployed against a single account. The account did not churn. The engagement closed on scope expiry and is studied at onboarding as the most instructive loss in the platform's history.
